Petit hôtel très propre où la literie est très confortable la chambre que nous avions très spacieuse il n'y a rien à dire un rapport qualité-prix excellent

This was our third stay here. Menilmontant is a lively if run down quarter of Paris and we love it. Metro station is 200m away and provides easy access to all of Paris. The hotel is basic and there is no lift but all rooms we have had, have been functional and clean. The en-suite shower room/toilet was newish, bright and airy. Housekeeping is done daily. Breakfast consists of French bread, jams, choice of hot drinks and no plates! - but it's enough to start your day. Staff try to use French only and appreciate any effort you can make in this direction. They are happy to help in any way they can and are friendly. We recommend it to anyone who wants no-frills accommodation and will return ourselves.

We had a large room, actually a 3 person room for 2 persons. A lot of stairs, no lift, very smalle breakfast area, but otherwise good value for money

Mon séjour s'est très bien passé. L'hôtel est propre et le personnel est accueillant. Merci. En revanche, un questionnaire en français aurait été préférable. Heureusement que je comprends l'anglais.

The hotel is good for the Price, is clean, and the staff very friendly, in a good area, really close to the underground. In front of the hotel on Saturday there is a market, with a really good and cheap things.

I was, as usual, very happy with my stay.

The hotel is basic, clean and pleasant. The surrounding area is not nicest at night, but is perfectly fine during the day and very well-connected by metro. Breakfast is average. I would recommend - good value for money.
